try black mascara and white or off white powder shadow just at the lashline and stick with lighter color shadows for all over the lid...like green or violet depending on you eye color

There are thickening mascaras around which will help. Also, use a pearlescent white shadow/liner at the line where your lashes meet your eyelids, then use a flattering eyeshadow colour that is light as well. If you still don't feel your eyelashes are thick enough, try falsies. Once you get good at applying them, they will be like second-nature to you and you'll love them. FYI- always apply eyeshadow before false eyelashes. Then put eyeliner just above the eyelashes. I like to put mascara on my natural lashes so they blend in with the false ones. ^_^

try diff. mascaras or if that fails use fake eyelashes... thier fun and you can get a classy look with diff. ones! haha another accesory for ur outfit!

I would get a mascara with a base mascara attached. Some companies make them. Also Origins makes a base mascara that is sold separately. Or try a mascara with fibers added in. I wear contacts though, so those things tend to flake and end up in my eyes.

The other thing that I would try is a black eyeliner and then gray eyeshadow or some dark color other than black, so I would get a smokey eye look and have my eyelashes stand out against the shadow. Also applying a thin line of black liner makes the base of my eyelashes look thicker.
