when they put fusion hair extensions in they use a special tool that takes a few strands of hair and clamps those pieces of hair to the extension with a little metal clamp. the clamp should be right at the scalp and none of your hair should be showing at the top. after your grows the metal clamp will be moving down then your natural hair will show and you will have to go back for maintenance. hope that helps.

fusion or bonded extensions u'll see ur own hair.

best method is weaved/sewn - ur own hair is braided into tracks...strips sewn in. no metal, no heat or chemicals in ur hair. and u dont see ur own as due to the fact 3/4 of it in braids. and it doesnt damage ur hair like fusion or bonded extensions do.

i am trained in bonded extensions but i dont like the method and i personally have weaved 1s in my own hair.
