It's funny I came across this question because I was just doing the virtual makeover thing the other day. The website I know of that does this is ivillage.com. It's called makeover-o-matic. The following link should get you there:

I think Loreal has a great website, but it takes awhile to use. You have to submit a picture and wait 24 hours before you can test their products on your hair and face.
