I'm a hairdresser with 9 years experience.

It depends on if your depositing or lifting. If your depositing go for it BUT you should use a semi-permanent or else you could get into trouble later on down the road when you want a change. Drugstore semi's are still stronger than the salons so you'll get more "permanant" results. If you're lifting, be VERY careful NOT to get it on the previously lightened areas or you'll get banding/patchy areas. I hope that helps!

You are fine... go ahead and dye it. I live by the 3 day rule... If you wash daily you do not need to worry about chemical reactions in your hair. Meaning, your hair will not turn blue or green.. LOL

However it is hard on your hair to dye and re dye, it will always cause split ends and unhealthiness....
