probably a side bang and layers keep the length its pretty just add more layers and it will look good

you should let your bangs grow, you have really nice hair, and maybe if you want you could like dye it a dark brown, i'd be very nice, even though it is already.

If you color it now either leave it that color or go your natural color.

first i would start with the bangs... mayb try sweeping them to the side... cuz right now there kinda just hanging there... side swept bangs will give you sum umph!! also gets some long layers to give your hair some volume... eww and add some highlights...
